I would say I'm a gentle, and usually quiet, person, I can be but introverted at times and other times I can be right at the centre of the craziness. I'm independent, honest and loyal. I'm also a naturally caring person. I have an overactive empathy setting. I desperately want the people I care about to be happy.

Right at the centre of my life are my three cats. If you don't love cats don't bother messaging me. There seem to be a lot of people on dating sites who are maybe not being completely honest about their age. I have been honest. It may put some people off, but I don't think I look 50 and I don't feel it. I believe in honesty. If you Think I'm too old for you then that's fine by me, but lying about who you are is no way to begin either a friendship or a relationship. I am looking for someone to spend time with, to get to know and then, well who knows where things lead. Ideally I'd like to find someone for a relationship, but I don't want to be too prescriptive. If I find a friend then great, if it's more than that then wonderful. If meet someone I want to spend my life with, amazing. Really it’s whatever feels right with whoever I meet. Memories are much better when they're shared, so It would be nice to find someone to share them with. The perfect relationship for me is one of trust. Respect. equality. Of laughter, fun, sharing great memories, trying new things. Of going on a journey together and of love. I don't mind where you are in your transition or what your goal is. I won't fall in love with a penis or a vagina, I'll fall in love with a person. With your smile, with your eyes, with the way you laugh, the way you do your hair, with the way you dress and the crazy things you do. If you're the right person I'll walk with you on your journey side by side.
