Keep having accounts removed - why?

Have been a member on here as cheryl with numbers for roughly ten years, around a week ago i got kicked to the login page, and now apparently the site has no record of me. Cant reset password, cant do anything. Made a new profile which lasted about an hour earlier this week, same again. Despite the site not having a record of me, I cannot re-sign with the email addresses i used for either, as they are in the system. Not only would I like an explanation, I'd like an apology, and contact from somebody in the site. Cheryl

The user you are trying to view is no longer a member of the site at this time. They may just be taking a break, or have violated part of our Terms and Conditions. But more likely, they found their match here and don't need us anymore! Why not browse some other members below so you can find a match of your own?
The same on the account I made the other day. Absolutely farcical, having been a member here for over 10 years, to get that. I will leave this up on my profile until I get a suitable response.
