shy some but not bad - in a cute way. Healthy but I don't weight lift anymore. I do some exercise (crunches) long fast walks at times - nothing routine - Sex would be a nice routine - been sexliss for a number of years now - my previous companion GF died of cancer 11 months ago. leaving that subject.
