This all depends on the person. I guess I could just make an archetype here:
Ideally, we would meet somewhere and get dinner at a fantastic restauarant, chat and smile and look each other in the eyes--cute things like that and our knees touching. Then we would take a walk around and keep talking if we have something to talk about, but if we don't, we can just genuinely enjoy each other's company (I don't believe that every silent moment has to be an awkward one). Then we would do something we are both interested in: a science museum, or an art exhibit, or a movie we've both been meaning to see. Maybe we just go back to one of our apartments and curl up on the couch and watch a movie there. No expectations and no pressure, just a relaxed and fantastic time. I'm all about that.

What a broad question. I don't think I've really genuinely had fun for a while. I guess it varies from having a wild time at a party, goofing around at work after the store closes, relaxing with a close group over a few beers on couches, arguing philosophy at a cafe, seeing a great flick, cuddling up all day on Sundays in winter with someone I really care about, causing a ruckus.
